Resistance band class is a great way to get a full body, strength training workout in with out using weights. We offer five difference options of resistant bands starting from light all the way up to heavy. You can customize your workout! Resistance bands are a lower impact workout options that offer big results!

Stretch it Out (express)

Full deep body stretching. One of the most important and overlooked aspects of health, fitness, and athletic performance is flexibility. This stretching program will aid in lengthening muscles, improve joint mobility, as well as reduce risk of injury. Reduce muscle tension, increase flexibility, relax your body and mind, and recharge your muscles with us. (It is not recommended to take this class prior to weight lifting.)


Combining martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio, this high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle on the bags. Though this class is not intended to train you for a fight, it does take the spirit and physical demands of kickboxing and channel it into a challenging and fun cardiovascular workout that will help you burn calories like a prize winning kickboxer.


We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Cardio Crush

An easy to follow aerobic workout with athletic style movements and core engagement, done repeatedly choreographed to music. As always this class is modifiable for all ability levels.


15 minutes of plyometric (bodyweight) conditioning done in intervals with rest between each exercise; followed by 15 minutes of core exercise done in intervals. Each exercise has modified versions for all ability levels.

Revolution is a combination circuit class of high and low intensity exercises. Burn up to 30 percent more calories, lose fat, and build muscle. This class will increase your endurance, while trimming and toning at the same time. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of several different exercises with or without weights, performed with rapid movement between exercises. Circuits are then repeated as time allows with a minimal break between circuits.


MIXXEDFIT is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning. We dance to our favorite songs on the radio that we would dance to at a nightclub. Then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging. If you’re plateauing in your traditional dance fitness class, this might be the answer to your prayers.
A traditional MixxedFit® class is 60 minutes in length and will get you to your fitness goals a lot quicker than just dancing alone. Why? Because the secret is in the toning that we incorporate. The best part of it all is that we tone using our own bodies. No equipment, no dumbbells, and no awkward toning contraptions!


An express class that focuses on core strength and glutes with high energy 30 second interval exercises.
